At Marc Gebauer, we strive for excellence in every luxury piece we offer; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Carefully place the item in its original designer box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all authenticity cards and accessories are included.

  Shipping & Logistics

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a private collection.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
